LCMB came to the rescue after I experienced damage at my home in Tweed Heads during Cyclone Alfred. They replaced 2 blown air conditioners and 2 x blown solar inverters and completely re-wired and brought up to current Australian Standard the switchboard system in the meter box. During the storm, a massive power spike had hit the house and LCMB came to the rescue very quickly. Their liaison was excellent throughout. Their meticulous work and cleaning up well after themselves is amazing for what I’ve experienced in the past with electricians and air conditioning specialists who often leave cut bits of wire and footprints everywhere after a job. Even the boss of LCMB (Mr Luke Muir) came personally to commission the replaced solar management system and he showed me how to monitor that with the app. From now on I will definitely ask these guys to fix any electrical or air conditioning or solar problems I have here

I recently had the pleasure of working with LCMB Electrical for the installation of air conditioning and the addition of power points in my townhouse, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service.

Cannot fault these guys. They came to investigate at short notice why my house lost power a couple of days after ex-cyclone Alfred, found the issue and fixed it on the spot. A couple of days ago I had them out to rewire my switchboard to individual safety switches so I wouldn't be caught out again and while they were there I asked if they could quote on connecting a range hood while they were there. They actually connected the range hood on the day (even though it turned into a bigger job than expected) and were incredibly reasonable with the pricing.

Joe came out to do a service for a leak in my air conditioner. He was such a gentleman and very efficient in repairing my air conditioner. He also gave me some helpful suggestions to make it run more economically.

After dealing with a couple of other companies for a new ducted system, which just didnt seem to feel right, was a breath of fresh air to have an initial phone conversation, given up front fixed pricing on different options, no hidden extras, at a better price than all the rest,followed by a site visit to confirm actual prices.

The team rocked up on time, looked the part in the company gear, got stuck straight into the job, all the team where polite & courteous at all times, tidied up as they went, explained the system to me, let me know if there's any issues just to get in touch.

I had a problem with the safety switch cutting power in half of my house. LCMB sent Nathan to see why this was occurring. After he left, the problem started again and I contacted him. Nathan texted me at 7.30 at night and came over and the problem was rectified. That's service!

Rang LCMB Electrical & Air Conditioning yesterday afternoon Thurs 6.3.25-(not good timing with the Cyclone conditions!). Was relieved they sent a technician within 30mins to assess water damage live wiring causing the meter box to trip.
